Terms of use.

Summary

Mapigo Health is a personal blood-pressure tracker. It is not a medical deviceand nothing in it is medical advice. You are responsible for your account and for how you use the app, including any doctor-share code you hand out. The service is provided “as is,” and our liability is limited as set out below. This summary is for convenience only; the sections that follow govern.

Acceptance of these terms

These Terms of Use (the “Terms”) are a binding agreement between you and Zeevio LLC (Wyoming, USA) (“we,” “us,” or “our”), the operator of Mapigo Health (the “Service”). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy notice. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

Eligibility

You must be at least 16 years old to use the Service. By using it, you confirm that you are 16 or older and able to enter into this agreement. A parent or guardian who wishes to track a child’s readings must do so under their own account and takes responsibility for that data.

The service

The Service lets you log blood-pressure readings and related entries, view simple arithmetic summaries and trends, set personal targets and reminders, and generate read-only share codes for a clinician. We may add, change, or remove features, and we may set or change limits, at any time. We aim for high availability but do not guarantee the Service will be uninterrupted or error-free.

Not medical advice

Your account

• Provide accurate information and keep your credentials secure. You are responsible for activity under your account.
• Tell us promptly at hello@mapigo.health if you suspect unauthorised access.
• The data you enter is your record. We are not responsible for the accuracy of values you type in, and measurement errors carry through to summaries and shares.

Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• use the Service for anything unlawful, or to store or share another person’s data without their permission;
• attempt to access accounts, data, or systems that are not yours, including guessing or brute-forcing doctor-share codes;
• probe, scan, or test the security of the Service except under a program we authorise in writing;
• interfere with or disrupt the Service, or circumvent rate limits or other protective measures;
• reverse engineer, scrape, or build a competing service from the Service, except to the extent the law expressly permits;
• misrepresent yourself, or use the Service to harass, defraud, or harm others.

Doctor share

The doctor-share feature lets you generate a single-use, time-limited, read-only code that gives the holder access to a summary of the readings, logs, and any monitor photos attached to those readings, in the date range you choose. You decide who receives a code. You are responsible for handing it only to a person you trust, and you can revoke an active code at any time. We are not responsible for what a recipient does with a code or with the summary it unlocks.

Your content

The readings, notes, photos, and other entries you add remain yours. You grant us only the limited rights needed to host, process, and display that content to you and to the doctor-share recipients you choose — for the purpose of operating the Service and for no other purpose. We do not sell it, use it for advertising, or use it to train third-party AI models. See the Privacy notice.

Our intellectual property

The Service, including its software, design, text, and the Mapigo Health name and logo, is owned by Zeevio LLC or its licensors and is protected by intellectual-property laws. We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to use the Service for your own personal health tracking, subject to these Terms. No other rights are granted.

Privacy

Our handling of your personal and health data is described in the Privacy notice, with a plain-English companion at How we handle data and our processors listed on the service providers page. By using the Service you acknowledge that handling.

Termination

You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time from Settings → Your data → Delete account, which permanently erases the data we hold for you. We may suspend or terminate your access if you materially breach these Terms, if required by law, or to protect the Service or other users. On termination, the licence granted to you ends; sections that by their nature should survive (including intellectual property, disclaimers, limitation of liability, indemnity, and governing law) survive.

Disclaimers

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Service is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be accurate, reliable, uninterrupted, or fit for any clinical or diagnostic purpose. Nothing in these Terms excludes a warranty or right that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Zeevio LLC and its officers, employees, and suppliers will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of data, profits, or goodwill, arising from or related to your use of (or inability to use) the Service, including any reliance on readings, summaries, or other information in the Service.

To the extent liability cannot be excluded, our total aggregate liability arising out of or relating to the Service is limited to the greater of the amount you paid us for the Service in the 12 months before the claim, or USD 50. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations, so some of the above may not apply to you; in that case our liability is limited to the smallest extent permitted by law.

Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold Zeevio LLCharmless from claims and costs (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your misuse of the Service, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of the rights of another person — for example by sharing a third party’s data without permission.

Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we make material changes, we update the “last updated” date above and, where appropriate, give notice in the app or by email before they take effect. Continuing to use the Service after a change takes effect means you accept the updated Terms.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules, and you and Zeevio LLC submit to the courts located in Wyoming for any dispute, except where applicable law gives you the right to bring proceedings in your home jurisdiction. Mandatory consumer-protection rights in your country of residence are not affected.
